AUCTION POSTPONED - U.S. Treasury Inland Tank Barges Auction

REGISTRATION: Click the "Register to Bid" link below to complete registration. You will be prompted to "Sign In" or "Create an Account" if you do not have a CWS auction account. Allow one business day (Monday through Friday) for new CWS auction account approval. Upon completion of registration, you will need to submit a $25,000 good-faith deposit by bank wire, which is fully refundable if no purchases are made. Bank wire deposits must be received by 3:00pm ET on Wednesday, February 25, 2026. Upon receipt of the good-faith deposit, your auction account will be approved for bidding. Registration closes at 5:00pm ET on Wednesday, February 25, 2026.

DEPOSIT: Bank wire instructions for submitting the $25,000 good-faith deposit will be emailed upon auction registration.

All vessels were seized or forfeited for federal law violations and are offered for sale by the U.S. Department of the Treasury.

Reserve Some merchandise in this sale has a reserve price. When the auction closes, each lot will display either SOLD or ENDED. SOLD indicates the reserve (if there is a reserve) was met, and a payment email will be sent to the high bidder. ENDED indicates all final bids did not meet the reserve. In this case, CWSAMS will ask the seller if they will accept the high bid. If the seller accepts the high bid, an email notice confirming the approval will be sent to the high bidder, along with payment instructions.
